Thank you for finding Caldwell Pilates & Nourished.You.

Since I began my career in 2000, Pilates exercises have been an integral inclusion for my clients, whether I was working in the gym, one-to-one, group exercise teaching, GP referrals or rehabilitation sessions, Pilates proved to be a discipline that enabled my clients to meet their goals.
I knew from personal application how effective Pilates was as a movement practice and therefore, I built my own business here in glorious, rural Herefordshire, with the dream of creating a deep awareness for clients to enjoy and reap the benefits of Pilates.

The beauty of Pilates is that it is a movement system that has respect for everyone and their unique bodies. Your body is designed to allow you to move, feel, and appreciate life. Pilates will help nourish your body and will allow you to experience mindful movement that will enhance your entire life; beyond whatever you may imagine.

My objective for each and every client is to achieve body, mind and well-being ambitions. I will help you flourish, experience positive enhancements to your health and body and ultimately become the best version of 'you'.
